Today, we are thrilled to officially announce the ITRA (International Trail Running Association) points, Mountain Level, and UTMB (Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc) Index details for The Westwind Trail presented by Mama:
For our fellow trailblazers participating in the COMBO and JOURNEY categories, here’s the exciting news: If you successfully complete both stages, you’ll earn ITRA points and UTMB Index qualifications as outlined in the post. However, even if you complete just one of the stages, you’ll still receive ITRA points and UTMB Index qualifications specific to that stage.
Mountain Level ratings range from 0 to 12 and serve as a reference for the terrain difficulty you’ll encounter during the race.
